All sales are final

Hair can be exchanged if not worn and packaged the same within 2 business days. Items must be unused, undamaged, come with all original tags and their original packaging. For the safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

All shipping orders will require signature for delivery which is a $20 flat rate. Allow 5 to 7 business days to process and ship your order.

Hot girlz extensions is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged packages. The shipping and billing address must be the same to confirm your order or it will be canceled. Please refuse packages that seem to be empty (totally flat).
